How do I register a return?
- Send us an email with your order number and email address to shop@feng-shui.de.
- Let us know which products you would like to return.
- Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and the shipping address.
Which items are excluded from exchange?
You can return your items within 14 days of receiving the shipment, provided they are in their original condition and original packaging. Free gifts or promotional items are excluded from exchange.
Are there any return fees?
Yes, there are return fees. Original shipping costs are not refunded, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
How quickly will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you. If your return has been approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
How much are your shipping costs?
We charge 4.90 EUR for shipping within Germany. Shipping is free for orders over 200.00 EUR. Shipping to other EU countries costs 16.90 EUR and to Switzerland 19.50 EUR.
How long does shipping take?
Your delivery of in-stock goods will reach you within Germany and Austria in 2–5 days. To other EU countries and Switzerland, it can take up to 14 days.
How can I track my delivery?
As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link and the tracking number. You can track your order at any time via this link.
