How do I register a return?

1. Send us an email with your order number and email address to shop@feng-shui.de .
2. Let us know which products you would like to return.
3. Once your returns request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and shipping address.

Which items are non-returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of the shipment as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. Free gifts or promotional items are non-returnable.

Are there return shipping fees?

Yes, there are fees for returns. The original shipping cost is non-refundable and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and you will automatically receive a credit to your original payment method.
