Generally, your order will be processed by us within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will usually receive your order within Germany and Austria in 3-5 days.
For other EU countries and Switzerland, it can take up to 15 days for your order to arrive.

Within the first 14 days, you generally have the option to return your products to us under the statutory right of withdrawal.

1. Send us an email with your order number and email address to shop@feng-shui.de.
2. Let us know which products you would like to return.
3. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and the shipping address.

The return fee varies by location (see below). The refund will be issued minus the return fee:

Germany - €5.99
EU (excl. Sweden, Finland) - €15
Other countries - Return the package with the parcel service provider of your choice.

For complaints, we will cover the shipping label.

After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

When placing your order, you can change your delivery address in the step ›Delivery address‹. Unfortunately, address changes are no longer possible for orders that have already been placed.
