What are your shipping costs?

We charge EUR 4.90 for shipping within Germany. From an order value of 200.00 EUR, shipping is free of charge. Shipping to other EU countries is EUR 16.90 and to Switzerland EUR 19.50.

How long does shipping take to you?

Your delivery of goods that are in stock will reach you within Germany and Austria in 2-5 days. To other EU countries and Switzerland it can take up to 14 days.

How can I track my delivery?

As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link and tracking number. You can use this link to track your order at any time.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer you different payment methods like PayPal , credit card, Klarna invoice, direct debit and SOFORT transfer via external service providers. All of our payment service providers work with the highest security standards to protect your and our data and to enable a smooth and carefree payment process. Please note that not all payment methods are always available for every order. The release of the payment methods is automatically checked for each order.

RETURN

How do I return items?

If you do not want to keep an item for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that unfortunately we cannot cover the costs of the return. As soon as we have received and checked the goods, we will refund the purchase amount.

Before you send it back, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return by email to shop@feng-shui.de so that we can send you a return label.

You should write down the following information on a piece of paper and enclose it with the return:
- Surname
- Order number
- Reason for return ( This is how we know if you want a replacement, exchange or refund of the item)
